What Makes Our Stock Different?
Our stock is made up from factory overstock, high street surplus, brand end of line stock, cancelled orders and retail seconds.
Why Labels May Be Removed?
Most brand labels are removed, snipped or blanked (crossed out), this is to ensure that we comply with the resale agreements and to prevent return to the original retailer.
Removing the brand labels does not effect the quality or use of the item.
Understanding Seconds or Imperfections
Some items are classed as seconds or may have minor flaws, this is something that is common with ex-chainstore clothing.
These flaws may be:
- Small marks
- Minor stitching imperfections
- Imperfections on loose knits
- Colour shade differences
- Manufacturing faults
Please note, these are cosmetic, unless stated otherwise in the item descriptions.
Warehouse Storage & Smell Disclaimer
Due to the nature of the stock we sell, most of it has previously been stored in warehouses before reaching us. Some items may have a warehouse/storage smell. This smell usually leaves the products once washed. We recommend to wash your items before wearing them.
Please note, we do not class the warehouse/storage smell as a fault.
Limited Stock & Sell Outs
We are a small family run business and we source small quantities of stock each week. We also share videos of our stock on social media and we've had items sell out in less than 24 hours due to popularity.
We cannot usually restock sold out items.
Sustainability
Sustainability has always been a core part of this small family run business, which started as a preloved childrens clothing business. We aim to continue our pledge to be as sustainable as possible, by only sourcing high quality clothing. We believe in giving unloved clothing a second chance and helping families afford high quality clothing at discount prices.
We are working hard to bring unsold clothing back into circulation, and back on the shelves.
Quality Checking
We quality check all new stock once it reaches us and provide honest descriptions and clear photographs for each product, being transparant about the condition of each item.
We do our best to provide the best possible service, but if you do have any issues then please reach out and we'll do our best to resolve it.
